Geneque Garrison has always been fascinated with instruments, and the amazing way performing can touch each and every person. From a young age, she always wanted to perform and share music with others. After years of committed study and practice, Geneque became a professional pianist and multi-instrumentalist with a unique sound, performing for packed audiences in the Maryland Eastern Shore area, Carnegie Hall, and beyond. Currently, she is a senior at Salisbury University, where she is pursuing degrees in Music Education and Music Technology (with a focus in recording arts, music production, engineering, and composition). She also studies piano performance under the instruction of Dr. Linda Cockey. Awarded for excellence in the field of music through her work in music education, performance, and professional audio technology, Geneque is also a 2020 recipient of the NAMM Foundation's President's Innovation Award. 

Presently, Geneque is very active in the Salisbury community teaching music lessons, accompanying, performing in various recitals for Salisbury University’s Department of Music, Theatre and Dance and is currently a student piano instructor for Salisbury University’s PRESTO program.
